Responsibilit**

  • ies:Driving profitability for our online casino and sports platforms by fostering long-term relationships with VIP play
  • ers.Managing a portfolio of VIP accounts to boost loyalty and maximize their va
  • lue.Monitoring player activity and betting behavior to ensure a positive customer experie
  • nce.Providing frontline support for VIP play
  • ers.Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and implement exclusive promoti
  • ons.Liaising with Risk, Payments, and Legal teams to resolve customer issues promp

Requirem**

  • ents:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fi
  • elds.Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the i-gaming indu
  • stry.Demonstrated experience in driving commercial value through campaign strategies and bonus aw
  • ards.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; familiarity with German language will be considered a
  • plus.Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly E
  • xcel.Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving sk
  • ills.Able to display a high degree of confidentiality and discre
