Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer in Athens.

• Costing and preparation of financial and technical offers for new projects' bidding


• Organization and coordination of technical (studies, construction details, etc.) and financial issues of the project in collaboration with the project construction team.


• Preparation of preliminary measurements for the construction work of the project


• Maintenance and expansion of the project quality program & support of market research.


• Coordination and monitoring of the contractual obligations of partners and involved parties (designers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.)


• Preparation and monitoring of supplier and subcontractor contracts of the subject matter


• Preparation of subcontractor certifications


• Collection of data for the preparation of as-built project register plans as well as schedule revisions.


• Daily maintenance of the project calendar and file

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5 years of experience on a construction site ideally in residential and hotel projects
  • Good knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Research and Development expertise
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
