We are currently looking for a talented
IT Project Manager
on behalf of one of our major clients in the Finance/Loans sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the project perimeter in collaboration with the Project Owner and Senior Management.
  • Establish goals and metrics for evaluation upon completion.
  • Create a detailed work plan where the necessary actions for the successful completion of the project are identified and prioritized (monitoring and adjusting the plan as needed, recording resources – time, money, equipment, etc.).
  • Manage the project team and stakeholders in accordance with the organization's policies and practices.
  • Monitor and control the budget consumption of the project and execute adjustments whenever necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Prepare reports and communicate the project status to Senior Management and business units.
  • Identify risks and issues, propose and secure management actions, and promptly inform Senior Management and business units.
  • Confirm outcomes as defined during the planning phase.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in project delivery with a role in Project Management.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities (both written and oral), as well as advanced negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data analysis capabilities with a problem-solving approach.
  • Strong business acumen, and a keen interest in innovation and "out of the box" thinking.
  • Commitment to delivering results and executing preventive actions and tasks. Ability to prioritize and manage ambiguous situations successfully.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Certification in Project Management such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent will be evaluated positively.
