Αρμοδιότητες:

Αναζήτηση δημοσιευμένων διαγωνισμών στο ΕΣΗΔΗΣ & ΚΗΜΔΗΣ

Συγκέντρωση και προετοιμασία δικαιολογητικών συμμετοχής

Υποβολή φακέλων προσφορών (ηλεκτρονικά & φυσικά)

Επικοινωνία με δημόσιους φορείς για διευκρινίσεις

Υποστήριξη της ομάδας κατά τη διάρκεια του διαγωνιστικού κύκλου

Παρακολούθηση και αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ (π.χ. Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Νομική, Οικονομικά ή συναφές αντικείμενο)

Καλή γνώση της ελληνικής δημόσιας διοίκησης και βασικών εννοιών διαγωνισμών

Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Καλή γνώση αγγλικών

Οργανωτικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, υπευθυνότητα

Επιθυμητά προσόντα:

Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση (έστω και πρακτική)

Εξοικείωση με ΕΣΗΔΗΣ / ΚΗΜΔΗΣ

Γνώση βασικής νομικής ορολογίας
