Who We're Looking For

We're on the lookout for an 
Art Director
 with vision, taste, and the power to turn ideas into head-turning campaigns. You're not just about aesthetics. You know how to make creativity drive results, shift perceptions, and create buzz. You'll be working closely with copywriters, strategists, and clients to shape concepts from spark to execution, with a 
final say on the look, feel, and impact
 of every piece of work that leaves DOPE.

Your superpower?

You're not afraid to 
push creative boundaries with new platforms, formats, and AI-driven tools
, crafting visuals that feel fresh, breathtaking, and unforgettable.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2-3 years of experience
     in art direction or creative roles (agency background a plus)
  • A 
    strong portfolio
     showcasing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Mastery of visual communication
     and the ability to translate ideas into compelling stories
  • High-level Adobe Creative Suite skills
     and curiosity to experiment with emerging tools (AI, motion, immersive formats)
  • A deep understanding of 
    branding, storytelling, and cross-platform execution
  • Ability to 
    collaborate with copywriters
    and 
    motion designers
     while keeping projects on-brief and on-time
  • Presentation skills - you can 
    sell a bold idea to a client
     with clarity and confidence
  • A pulse on trends, culture, and what makes audiences stop, stare, and engage
