Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a small, high-performance recruitment team, with a purely hands-on headhunting focus. This role is designed for professionals who excel in manual candidate identification, LinkedIn Boolean searches, and direct outreach, rather than job-ad-driven recruitment.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in end-to-end recruitment, thrives in proactive sourcing, and is comfortable operating as a trusted recruitment partner for clients within the gambling, tech, and digital sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Execute manual, proactive headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.

  • Identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through direct messaging and relationship-based outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth screening interviews (phone and in-person), evaluating candidates on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer stage—without reliance on inbound applications.
  • Build and continuously nurture long-term talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and strategic hiring insights to clients.
  • Represent the agency in industry events, conferences, and professional meetups to strengthen sourcing networks.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in 360° recruitment with a strong headhunting orientation, ideally within gambling, tech, or digital.

  • Proven background in manual sourcing and direct candidate outreach, with minimal reliance on job advertisements.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Recruiter or Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search logic, and ATS workflows.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high delivery standards.
  • Excellent command of the English language.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in agency environments with performance-driven delivery models.
  • Solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including role specializations and organizational structures.
  • Exposure to sales or business development within recruitment.
