If you're interested in technology and want to understand in depth how commercial processes work, including public and private tenders, preparing bids, and communicating with public and private entities, this is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic IT environment.

(Through this internship, the ideal candidate will also become familiar with modern tools and workflows, while strengthening your teamwork and organizational skills — enhancing both your knowledge and professional profile.)

*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.

Responsibilities:


• Participation in the preparation and drafting of tenders for public tenders


• Collection and organization of necessary supporting documents (e.g., official declarations, certificates)


• Collaboration with senior executives in maintaining schedules and monitoring tender developments


• Updating databases and electronic files

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Word & Excel).

  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).

  • Ability to understand and translate technical and administrative documents.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Communicative personality and team spirit.

  • Eagerness to learn and become familiar with modern technology trends.
