What We Are Searching For

We look forward to an experienced, high-calibre commercial lawyer having the following background:

• 3-8 years post qualification experience i
  n
  commercial & corporate law
  (at both advisory and litigation level) in a law firm/office environment;
• Undergraduate law degree
  (LLB) from Greek University
  ;
• Similar postgraduate law degree (LLM)
  from a reputable international or national University will be highly-regarded;
• Greek Bar admission
  ;
• Fluent in English
  both verbally and in writing;
• Based in Greece

Duties & Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Lead and advise on large-scale international business projects, ensuring comprehensive legal, contractual, and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycle;
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and corporate authorities (i.e. BoD Resolutions, Shareholders Resolutions etc.);
• Draft, review and manage legal advices, opinions and various judicial documents (i.e., lawsuits, main & counter pleadings, motions, appeals, complaints, memoranda, petitions, affidavits, witness statements, powers of attorney etc.);
• Prepare evidential material and certified translations;
• Court attendances;
• Collaborate effectively with clients, team members, project teams, contractors, and third-party advisors, maintaining clear and open lines of communication to manage and mitigate risks;
• Conducting KYC checks, company searches and ensuring compliance with sanctions and other regimes
• Case management and reporting to firm's partners
