Στο πλαίσιο της ανάπτυξής μας, αναζητούμε Pre Sales Consultant για την Ομάδα Πωλήσεων.
Αρμοδιότητες θέσης:
- Ανάλυση επιχειρησιακών αναγκών πελατών και ενημέρωση για νέες σύγχρονες λύσεις
- Συνεργασία με το τμήμα πωλήσεων για τη δημιουργία οικονομικών προσφορών και προδιαγραφών έργου.
- Συνεχής ενημέρωση για νέες τεχνολογίες και δυνατότητες των λύσεων του Ομίλου.
- Επέκταση συνεργασίας με το υφιστάμενο πελατολόγιο της εταιρίας
- Βελτιστοποίηση της ικανοποίησης των πελατών της εταιρίας
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Πληροφορικής ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.
- Πολύ καλή κατανόηση του εμπορικού κυκλώματος και των επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών.
- Εμπειρία σε ERP/CRM ή άλλες επιχειρησιακές εφαρμογές (ιδανικά της Epsilon Net).
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και παρουσιάστικες δεξιότητες.
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα, πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη και διάθεση για εξέλιξη.
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:
- Προϋπηρεσία σε Pre-Sales, Consulting ή Implementation ρόλο B2B λογισμικών.
- Ικανότητα συνδυασμού τεχνικής ανάλυσης και εμπορικής προσέγγισης
- Πολύ καλή χρήση εργαλείων Microsoft Office / Internet
