About The Role
Serves as the strategic and operational end to end marketing lead for the country, connecting the CEE Marketing Centre of Excellence with in-market execution teams to deliver brand, customer, and commercial excellence. Reports directly to the Country GM, with a dotted line into the CEE Marketing Director. Leads a multifunctional local marketing team across Customer Marketing, Category Development, and Culture & Entertainment, ensuring the successful localisation, activation, and performance of regional marketing strategies. Drives strong commercial outcomes by translating strategy into actionable plans, embedding performance culture, and representing country marketing in regional planning and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Leadership - Own the country-level marketing strategy by localising regional brand, portfolio, and category plans to drive business performance and cultural relevance.
- Cross-Functional and Regional Integration - Act as the key connector between the CEE Marketing COE and local performance execution teams, ensuring insight flow, feedback loops, and consistent excellence in execution.
- Team Leadership & Capability Development - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, multifunctional team including Heads of Customer Marketing, Category Development, and Culture & Entertainment.
- Marketing Governance & Commercial Performance - Drive marketing performance through rigorous planning, prioritisation, and investment stewardship, aligning with commercial, customer, and finance teams.
- Country Voice in Regional Planning - Represent the local market's consumer, customer, and commercial priorities in CEE-wide forums, influencing planning, toolkit design, and innovation rollout with an informed local lens.

- Lead the creation and delivery of an integrated country marketing strategy that aligns global/CEE frameworks with local commercial and consumer priorities.

CEE COE & Market Execution Integration
- Operate as the critical connector between the CEE Marketing COE and local activation, ensuring toolkits are deployed with excellence and local insight is fed back to influence future planning.
