Περιγραφή Θέσης:

O/Η Σερβιτόρος/α είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την ορθή και ομαλή εξυπηρέτηση του εκάστοτε πελάτη, διασφαλίζοντας άριστα επίπεδα υπηρεσιών. Συγκεκριμένα, θα καλωσορίζει τους επισκέπτες και κατανοώντας τις προτιμήσεις τους θα κάνει προτάσεις από το menu. Θα θυμάται τις παλαιότερες επιλογές τους και θα μεριμνά ώστε να αισθάνονται συνεχώς σημαντικοί και ευπρόσδεκτοι.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Λήψη και εκτέλεση των παραγγελιών σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα.

  • Σωστή και συνεχής χρήση δίσκου.

  • Ορθή χρήση PDA.

  • Άνοιγμα κρασιού/ σαμπάνιας με επαγγελματισμό (π.χ. γευσιγνωσία, μετάγγιση, παρουσίαση φελλού κ.λπ.).

  • Μεταφορά και μάζεμα πιάτων/ ποτηριών με επαγγελματισμό (π.χ. σωστή χρήση δαχτύλων και καρπού).

  • Εφαρμογή όλων των κανόνων ασφάλειας.

  • Επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες / κάλυψη εξατομικευμένων αναγκών.

  • Διαχείριση πιθανών παραπόνων και άμεση εξάλειψή τους.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας ως Σερβιτόρος/α, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον.

  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (σε προφορικό επίπεδο). Η γνώση δεύτερης και τρίτης ξένης γλώσσας θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαιτέρως.

  • Πτυχίο Τουριστικής Σχολής
