Paralos Energy, a well-established energy projects construction and services company is seeking to recruit a field Engineer to assume the work on site and supervision of contractors for operation, maintenance and repair of substations, control buildings and Medium Voltage lines within Service department.

Role description:


• Perform preventive maintenance of MV equipment and substations.


• On site corrective repairs when requested on the sites of Paralos within region of activity.


• Cooperate and supervise field technicians and external contractors during work on site.


• Communicate with clients and act as 1st level support for service contracts in effect.


• Cooperate where applicable with teams of wind turbine maintenance in the region to promote synergies.


• Collaboration with EPC dept. during commissioning & handover of projects


• Reporting internally and externally on activities performed.


• Comply with HSE policy/plans and promote zero accident culture.


• On-call coverage during weekends and holidays.


• Report to operations supervisor.

Skills and Competences:


• Hold an Electrical Engineering Degree


• Preferably to have 2 years of experience in a similar role.


• Good computer skills and use of English language


• Excellent communications skills and ability to interact and coordinate within a team.


• Promote HSE culture through leading by example.


• Excellent level of electrical schematic reading.


• Ability to resolve complex technical issues which might also require a hands-on approach.
