, we are looking for an
HR Manager

to lead and evolve our human capital strategy, supporting a growing team of high-performing professionals across audit, accounting, and advisory services. This is a key leadership role for a people-centric professional who is passionate about building a positive, inclusive workplace culture and aligning HR practices with business goals.

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing policies and processes across recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and performance management, contributing to the long-term growth and excellence of our organization.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Holds a university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree or certification is a plus)
  • Demonstrates experience of at least 5 years in a generalist HR role, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment
  • Leads end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding activities with efficiency and strategic vision
  • Designs and implements performance appraisal systems, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws and HR best practices, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
  • Collaborates effectively with leadership to support organizational development and change management
  • Communicates clearly and empathetically in both Greek and English
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard business environment
  • Brings strong organizational skills, discretion, and problem-solving mindset
