What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Design campaign workflows and decision rules for personalized, real-time customer interactions.
  • Analyze customer behavior to develop "next best action" strategies and propose improvements.
  • Simulate, A/B test, and optimize campaign decisioning for better results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automated campaign strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Your Superpowers :

  • 1-2 years of experience in data-related roles, ideally with exposure to campaign design or analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools like SQL or Python; knowledge of dobe Campaign, ContactPigeon, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, or similar. is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure or GCP) and visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI)
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for driving impact through data.
