Systems Analyst

We are currently seeking a Systems Analyst to join our IT Operations team

This role combines technical expertise in system monitoring, data analysis and incident response, to ensure optimal performance of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze system logs, database performance metrics, and infrastructure health indicators

• Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting

• Investigate system anomalies, performance issues, and security incidents

• Generate detailed reports and dashboards to communicate system status to management & technical teams

• Collaborate with system administrators, developers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues

• Establish and maintain monitoring thresholds and alerting mechanisms

• Document processes, procedures, and system configurations

• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis activities

• Recommend system improvements and optimization strategies

• Support IT operations (including day-to-day basic operations in MS365)
