BI Data Analyst
to join our high caliber team.

Your Role
We are seeking a
BI Data Analyst
to join our growing team and support the development of data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement and commercial performance. This role combines strong
data analytics & engineering skills
with
business acumen
and a
commercial mindset
to help build customer segments, support targeted campaigns, and enable personalized offers for cross-sell, up-sell, and retention initiatives.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Design and build data pipelines & flows from various sources to support analysis, customer segmentation and campaign targeting.
  • Write efficient and scalable queries (e.g. SQL) to retrieve, manipulate, and transform large data sets.
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to define campaign objectives and translate them into actionable data requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a customer segmentation framework based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
  • Participate in campaign planning by providing data-driven insights and audience targeting recommendations.
  • Track & analyze campaign performance, overall customer value evolution, and lifetime metrics.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and reports that allow stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators and business outcomes.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Engineering, or related field
  • Master's degree will be considered a plus.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a data/BI/analytical role, preferably in a commercial context.
  • Proficient in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Basic programming skills and ability to work with web APIs are considered an asset.
