Southstar AE is a leading Greek company in the field of recycling, environmental innovation, and circular economy. With strong international collaborations and continuous expansion, we are now seeking a bilingual professional to strengthen our commercial and communication channels with China.

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and reliable professional fluent in Chinese and Greek (English is a plus) to join our Commercial Department. The role involves representing the company in China, managing imports & exports, and coordinating negotiations and partnerships with Chinese stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Southstar AE in China and support ongoing collaborations.
  • Manage import/export operations and logistics.
  • Conduct business negotiations and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Act as the main communication bridge between Athens HQ and Chinese partners.
  • Travel frequently to China (approximately every 1–2 months).

Requirements

  • Fluency in Simplified Chinese and Greek (both written and spoken).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a commercial, import/export, or international trade position.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility for frequent international travel.
  • Knowledge of English will be considered an asset.
