Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting & Finance Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the accounting & finance department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all financial processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Process and registration of invoices

Generate and send out invoices to customers.

  • General Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.

Assist in the preparation of monthly management reporting

  • Administrative & Clerical Support:

Organize and file financial documents (both digital and physical).

Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payments and accounts.

Support the finance team with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Skills:
  • Some level of familiarization with accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).& Powerpoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles (GAAP).
