Our focus lies in delivering innovative solutions across RES and conventional energy resources, virtual power plants, and SCADA systems. As we expand our infrastructure and DevOps capabilities, we are seeking a talented Systems & Networks Lead to help us scale our operations and ensure the reliability and security of our cutting-edge IIoT platform.

Responsibilities

As a Systems & Networks Lead, you will:

  • Lead and support the deployment of our platform across customer cloud environments and edge nodes (e.g., industrial Linux-based systems).

  • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot system and network performance, ensuring consistent uptime and reliability.

  • Work alongside DevOps and Engineering teams to provision infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.

  • Assist in automating infrastructure management, backup strategies, and regular system updates.

  • Design, implement, and maintain network configurations, supporting reliable and secure communication across edge and cloud environments.

  • Contribute to network automation initiatives to streamline configuration management and improve operational efficiency.

  • Implement and maintain system security measures, including access control, firewalls, and secure deployments.

  • Contribute to the development of an internal development platform and automation runbooks for operational efficiency.

  • Play a key role in our tiered support model by resolving escalated technical issues and collaborating in root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineer or related field.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in system administration.

  • Proficiency with Linux operating systems, including tuning, service management, and shell environments.

  • Solid experience in infrastructure automation and provisioning, particularly with Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.

  • Experience working with Containerized environments and Kubernetes.

  • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.

  • Understanding of network protocols, secure system design, and cloud/edge deployment strategies.
