Job Description
The key responsibilities of the IT Business Analyst will include:
- Analyzing and understanding business needs, developing clear and accurate specifications to ensure that systems fully meet business requirements
- Analyze client processes and identify opportunities for optimization in different business domains
- Translates functional specifications and business process analysis into technical specifications. Codes and tests work according to standards
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions
- Consistently completes work within estimated timeframes. Responsible for estimating automation duration.
- Help drive software development standard methodologies from technology selection and workflow to coding standards
- Translate the customer's business requirements to define RPA (Robotic Process Automation) value proposition and solution scope.
- Ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams at all levels
- Maintains a high standard of quality for all deliverables
The person we're looking for needs to have:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field.
- 1-6 years of relevant experience (position level and responsibilities will be aligned with experience). Experience in the area of business process analysis and automation will be consider as an asset
- Experience in process assessments and understanding applications of Information Systems with preference in ERP, RPA and BPM will be consider as an asset
- Experience in Web Development
- Experience in Microsoft SQL and relational databases
- Experience in process documentation and analysis, including specification of system requirements for business processes.
- Previous consulting experience will be considered as a plus.
- Strong communication skills and experience communicating with senior leadership
- The candidate must be fluent in English and Greek language – both in writing and speaking
