How you will contribute to EveryPay's vision
We are growing our Strategic & Business Development Tech Stream and are looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst
About SBD (Strategic & Business Development Tech Stream)SBD is EveryPay's client-facing technology stream. We design, build, and operate the digital products and services that merchants and partners use daily — from Wallets and Payforms to onboarding flows, POS, and payment integrations.
We now own and expand EveryPay's DIAS and SEPA products and services. Our goal is to strengthen the company's expertise in Greek and European clearing systems, modernize internal tools, and ensure operational excellence across teams.
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with real experience in DIAS products and SEPA schemes who can join us, contribute immediately, and help educate and guide the wider organization on how these systems work and how to operate around them.
This person will be the company's main point of contact for all DIAS and SEPA-related topics — helping Operations, and Finance understand requirements, adapt their processes, and make informed decisions.
While your primary focus will be on DIAS and SEPA services, you'll also act as a Business Intelligence Analyst across the broader SBD portfolio, supporting other strategic projects as needed.
The Role
You will work inside SBD as the subject-matter expert for DIAS and SEPA services, translating business needs into clear specifications, supporting product delivery, and helping the company navigate payment-rail complexity
- Analyze and document business requirements for DIAS and SEPA products
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to design, refine, and implement new features or changes
- Act as the internal reference point and educator for all DIAS/SEPA topics — helping other teams understand the ecosystem, their roles, and compliance expectations
- Help optimize internal tools and processes connected to these payment systems
- Contribute as a Business Analyst on other SBD initiatives when required
What will you need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst in FinTech, Banking, or EMI environments
- Deep familiarity with DIAS services and SEPA schemes (SCT, SCT Inst, SDD, IRIS)
- Proven ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong documentation and process-modelling skills (flowcharts, BRDs, user stories)
- Comfortable in agile teams and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Target2, SWIFT, or accounting integrations.
- Experience in scale-up or fast-growth tech environments.
