Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant News Editor located in Athens. The Assistant News Editor will engage in daily tasks such as news writing, editing, and supporting the editorial team. The role involves maintaining high journalistic standards, coordinating with other reporters, and contributing to new media projects. Full-time employment under contract will be considered for selected candidates.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in News Writing and Journalism
  • Experience in Writing and Editorial work
  • Knowledge of New Media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in print or digital media is a plus
