Hamilton House is a publisher of high-quality English Language Teaching materials that currently operates in over 45 countries. We are looking for a versatile and motivated Creative Content & Design Assistant to join our team at our offices in Vari, Greece.

The ideal individual will be self-motivated, energetic, outgoing, ambitious, and creative — with a background or strong interest in ELT, design, and content creation.

Key Duties

  • Assist in creating simple graphic layouts for print and digital media
  • Design basic social media graphics aligned with brand guidelines
  • Edit short-form videos (e.g. Reels/TikToks) using mobile or desktop tools (CapCut, InShot, Instagram editor, etc.)
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for content and campaign ideas
  • Support social media planning and content scheduling
  • Join team discussions around campaign planning and content strategy
  • Help coordinate and organize creative assets across platforms

Experience Required

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with video editing tools or apps used for social media content
  • A creative mindset with a good eye for design, layout, and digital storytelling
  • Understanding of social media trends and how to apply them effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Some hands-on experience in design, video editing, or content creation
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment
