Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Athens for an Assistant Trainer to join our team.

The Assistant Trainer will:

  • support the execution of trainings and workshops by assisting lead trainers and ensuring smooth session flow
  • maintain the training lab at the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality and readiness for daily activities
  • assist in organizing and conducting coffee tastings including set-up, calibration and sensory evaluation support
  • collaborate closely with the R&D and Training teams on educational content, new coffee projects and sensory research
  • support as barista during internal or external events representing Create's quality and hospitality standards

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in the coffee industry, including having worked as barista
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
