SWOT Hospitality Management Company is looking for a dedicated
Accountant
to join our team in Mykonos. This position is crucial in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance while supporting the overall goals of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in transactions.
- Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Support audit processes and provide necessary financial documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
- High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
