THE COMPANY:
The role:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required by the CEO.
Requirements:
  • Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Greek and English, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the shipping industry or a similar international environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of the shipping industry is a plus.
