Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Process Specialist to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in optimizing our Reconciliation and TOF processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of process methodologies and a proven ability to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis and Identification: Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. This includes gathering data, stakeholders collaboration, and documenting current states.
  • Process Mapping: Draw out the process maps for all key activities. This will involve working closely with relevant teams to accurately capture current workflows and design optimized future-state processes.
  • Implementation and Change Management: Facilitate the successful implementation of new and improved processes. Develop and deliver training materials, provide ongoing support, and manage change effectively to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Process Monitoring and Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented processes. Regularly report on process performance and identify trends.
  • Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for further process optimization through the application of best practices, technology, and innovative solutions. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Customer Service, Fintech and Dev teams, to ensure process alignment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes, procedures, and related policies.
  • Collaborate with QA function to understand where we are having process adherence challenges and recommend whether we need to update processes or invest in recurring training.
  • Assist with creation of content around process documentation and relevant training materials.

  • Ability to train and mentor: Often required to educate colleagues on new processes.
  • Understanding of KPIs and performance measurement: Ability to define and track metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process analysis, design, and implementation, preferably within a financial or operational context.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) a plus but not required.
  • Strong expertise in process mapping methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, , process modeling software).
