Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Technology Consultant specializing in AI Solutions Architecture
to join their AI Services team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to their clients, leveraging your expertise in AI and document management systems to design and implement innovative solutions. You will play a key role in translating complex client needs into actionable strategies and integrating bespoke solutions into the client's platform to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Engagement and Needs Assessment

• Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand their unique document processing challenges and business objectives.
• Perform detailed on-site assessments to gather requirements and identify potential areas for process enhancement.
• Translate technical requirements into business-friendly language to ensure stakeholder alignment.

2.Solution Design and Development

• Architect and develop custom solutions leveraging IDP and DMS technologies, tailored to meet specific client needs.
• Innovate AI-driven enhancements that align with industry best practices and client expectations.

3.Implementation Strategy and Planning

• Develop strategic implementation plans outlining timelines, resource needs, and key project milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective deployment and integration of solutions.

4.Technical Leadership and Guidance

• Provide thought leadership and expert guidance on the application of AI technologies in document processing.
• Support development teams to ensure adherence to business objectives.
• Stay informed on the latest AI and technology trends to continuously improve solution offerings.

5.Business Process Optimization

• Analyze and document existing client workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Redesign workflows to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure compatibility with current systems.
• Implement KPIs to evaluate and refine process improvements.

6.Stakeholder Communication

• Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations to stakeholders, demonstrating the value of proposed solutions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in AI/IDP/ML solutions.
• Proven success in client engagement and solution implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites as necessary.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with cloud services.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and an aptitude for algorithmic thinking.
