In dieser Remote-Rolle bist du für das Workforce Management innerhalb unseres Kundenservice-Teams verantwortlich. Du analysierst das Anrufaufkommen und sorgst für eine optimale Ressourcenverteilung. Dabei spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Planung, Analyse und Optimierung täglicher Arbeitsabläufe, um den operativen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden – bequem von deinem Home Office in Griechenland aus

Deine Aufgaben 

  • Tägliche und wöchentliche Analyse des Anrufaufkommens sowie Erstellung interner und externer Prognosen. 
  • Durchführung von Analysen zur effektiven Personalbesetzung, Schichtplanung und Verbesserung der  Effizienz. 
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der festgelegten KPIs in  innerhalb der verschiedenen Projekte. 
  • Steigerung der Produktivität, Effizienz und Auslastung der Projekte. 
  • Erstellung von Berichten mit Excel und anderen Analysetools sowie Prsentation der Ergebnisse vor dem Management.  

Das bringst du mit 

  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse. 
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse und fundierte Excel-Kenntnisse. 
  • Problemlösungsfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen. 
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Disziplin und  guter Eigenorganisation. 
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Disziplin und guter Eigenorganisation – ideal für die Arbeit im Home Office.
  • Wohnsitz und Arbeitserlaubnis in Griechenland (Die Position ist Remote innerhalb Griechenlands).

Das wäre ein Plus 

  • Erfahrung im Contact Center. 
  • EDV-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint z.B.) 
  • Kenntnisse in Workforce-Management-(WFM)-Systemen und -Tools. 
  • Proaktive Beteiligung an fortlaufenden Optimierungsprozessen.. 
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Callcenter, Analytics, Reporting oder vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten
