Overview:
The Client Service team connects Guidepoint's clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. They take the time to understand each client's specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours.
Play a vital role in Guidepoint's success.
As a Coordinator on the Client Service team, you will be overseeing all administration within your client service team. You will be booking client consultations, tracking projects for the team, and qualifying the experts.
This is a hybrid position out of our Athens office.

Qualify Advisors via questionnaire to confirm if they are appropriate for consultationsCoordinate with Advisors and Project Managers to confirm telephone consultationsFollow-up with Advisors to expedite scheduling projectsFollow multiple work streams to help Project Managers across APAC and US organize client requests and track progress on projectsOngoing communication with experts to confirm availabilityManaging follow-up questions and clarificationsAssist with ad-hoc requestsExperience You Will Bring:
College degree1-3 years of previous work experience dealing in a high-call volume environmentAdministrative and/or client service experienceSkills You Will Bring:
Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills requiredExcellent aptitude for developing systems of organizationExcellent time management skills and able to multitaskEffective organizational skills (e.g., using agendas, planning tools, etc.)Persuasion and influencing skillsClear and professional communication with managersAbility to work as part of an international team and independentlyExcellent sense of urgency and responsivenessFluency in English (any additional language is optional, but nice to have)What We Offer:
