Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage energy-related projects while conforming with the internal procedures within PROTASIS, facilitating the objectives of the project management. They will oversee and be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within budget while adhering to deadlines. They will manage and develop the main technical aspects of the assigned projects, ensuring alignment with PROTASIS experience, capacity, potential, growth and business goals.

During your day, you will:

• Collaborate with all cross-team members and stakeholders
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Ensure all projects comply with necessary industry regulations and environmental guidelines
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Stakeholder management (TSOs, EPCs, etc.)
• Contract management / claims awareness
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

To be a fit, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or related field. Advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of previous working experience in energy-related projects
• PMP Certification (or equivalent) will be considered as a plus
• Experience working with reporting and visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI) is a plus
• Proficiency in project management software tools (MS Project)
• Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
