About the Position

We are seeking an Experienced Site Engineer to manage the on-site implementation processes of our light steel structure projects in the Halkidiki region of Greece, ensure quality standards are maintained, and prepare reports in accordance with the established work schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing the on-site implementation of light steel structure projects and ensuring progress aligns with the work schedule
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
  • Monitoring the work schedule, preventing delays, and taking necessary actions
  • Conducting quality control processes and maintaining standards
  • Ensuring material and labour controls and site coordination
  • Maintaining regular communication with the project team, suppliers, and management

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering or related engineering and architecture departments
  • Field experience in light steel structure projects (preferably at least 3 years)
  • High project tracking, time management and reporting skills
  • Proficient in using programs such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • No travel restrictions
  • English language proficiency
  • Greek language proficiency is considered a must
