Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and develop relevant product category portfolio.
  • Possess technical understanding of the customer needs (technical expertise) and be in position to link the customers needs with relevant product – service offerings.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team and key customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support product performance, campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaboratewith suppliers, evaluate technical specifications, and participate in negotiations.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and stock levels.
  • Coordinate product training and promotional activities with Marketing.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in market management, category/product management or sales(ideally in B2B or technical sectors).
  • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
  • Team player mindset with a hands-on approach.
