Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated 
Account Manager
 to join our team and act as the main point of contact between our clients and internal teams. You will manage relationships, oversee campaigns, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that drives real results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams (performance, creative, web, SEO).
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities for clients and upsell additional services.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and share best practices with both clients and the team.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of 
    performance marketing, social media, SEO, and digital strategy
    .
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication in Greek and English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and present insights clearly.
  • Problem-solving attitude and proactive mindset.
  • 1–4 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a marketing/advertising agency. (Preferred)
