Tasks
  • Καταχώρηση και έλεγχος παραστατικών αγορών (εσωτερικού, εξωτερικού, ενδοκοινοτικών), δαπανών, εξοδολογίων και παγίων.
  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση Μητρώου παγίων καθώς και εκτέλεση και έλεγχος των μηνιαίων αποσβέσεων
  • Προετοιμασία και υποβολή φορολογικών δηλώσεων Ενδοκοινοτικών συναλλαγών - Intrastat, Listing
  • Συμφωνίες καρτελών προμηθευτών και συνεργατών
  • Έλεγχος και διαχείριση αντικαταβολών από e-shop και από ηλεκτρονικές πλατφόρμες συνεργατών
  • Παρακολούθηση Leasing, ασφαλιστηρίων συμβολαίων και διαφόρων χρηματοοικονομικών αρχείων
  • Έλεγχος εμπορικών υποσυστημάτων ERP με τη Γενική Λογιστική
  • Περιοδικές αναφορές λογιστικής φύσης σχετικά με τους τομείς ευθύνης της θέσης
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες για την αποτελεσματική συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της Εταιρίας (Internal Stakeholders) και τους εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες (External Stakeholders)
Requirements
  • Πτυχίο Λογιστικής, Χρηματοοικονομικών ή άλλου συναφούς κλάδου Οικονομικών Σπουδών
  • 3-5 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε γενική λογιστική & κύκλωμα παγίων μεγάλης εταιρίας
  • Γνώση ERP Entersoft επιθυμητή
  • Γνώση φορολογικών διαδικασιών
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (κυρίως Excel)
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών
