We're looking for a
Google Ads Strategist
who knows how to scale paid traffic across multiple markets. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where performance is everything and every click counts, this is the role for you.

You'll join an
international performance marketing team
managing high-budget campaigns across highly competitive industries. Real budgets, real reach, real results.

What You'll Do

  • Own the planning, launch, and optimization of
    Google Ads
    campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Continuously test and improve
    creatives, bidding strategies, audiences, and landing pages
  • Track and report on KPIs — especially
    CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to align messaging and conversion flows
  • Stay sharp on all things
    Google Ads
    , including platform updates and algorithm shifts
  • Scale campaigns across
    multiple geos
    and languages

You're a Match If You:

  • 3+ years
    of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
  • Proven ability to manage and scale
    media budgets €10K+/month
  • Deep understanding of
    bidding strategies, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign structure
  • Experience with
    GA4, Looker Studio
    , and performance reporting
  • Strong analytical mindset — you live inside the data
  • Comfortable working in
    English
    (written & spoken)
  • Must live in
    Athens
    and have a
    valid Greek work permit
  • Bonus points if you've worked in
    fintech, high-stakes lead gen, or entertainment/gaming verticals
