Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead transformative projects that empower our clients to harness the power of their data. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to scope, while fostering lasting, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions, from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Define and document clear project scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables in alignment with business and technical needs.
• Engage and manage stakeholder expectations across business units, technical teams, and client leadership.
• Apply and adapt our Project Delivery Lifecycle Management process to data-driven initiatives, ensuring compliance and quality at every stage.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, balancing business priorities with technical constraints.
• Oversee change management processes for scope, timeline, and budget adjustments.
• Develop and present insightful status reports and executive updates to both client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Partner with Account Managers, Data Engineers and Solution Architects to address challenges and maintain project momentum.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience managing data-focused projects (e.g., Data Governance, Data Warehousing, BI Reporting, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, or AI solutions).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex data topics for diverse audiences.
• Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage virtual, cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience with stakeholder engagement in data related transformations.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (preferred).
