What you will do:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Worksite Marketing Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote the distribution of individual Life & Health insurance policies to members of our Group Policy pool. This position involves executing targeted marketing strategies to engage and extend group policyholders also as individual policyholders.

Your day-to-day:

  • Engage with group policyholders and distribution channels through various ways (e.g., email, phone, in-person meetings) to understand their needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
  • Provide personalized consultations to help members select the best individual policies for their needs.
  • Follow up with potential customers to ensure a smooth upsell process.
  • Conduct presentations and informational sessions at worksites to educate group policyholders about individual insurance options.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and CRM systems to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution channels and HR departments and decision-makers within group policyholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain open communication channels with group policyholders to gather feedback and insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA (or relative Master's degree) from an accredited Institution will be considered an asset
  • Proven experience in worksite marketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of both Group and Individual Life & Health insurance products.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
