Brown Hotels Collection is developing around the world, launching a collection of brand-new urban & resort hotels in desirable destinations in Israel, Greece, Cyprus and more.
As our team is growing in Greece, we are seeking for a talented Revenue Manager who will fit the following description:
Distribution and Revenue Analysis Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Support to the Director of Revenue
•Assist in executing company-wide revenue strategies across the hotel portfolio.
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports with property-level insights.
•Provide analysis on pacing, segmentation, pickup, and market demand trends.
•Participate in revenue meetings, presenting findings and recommendations.
Distribution Channel Management
•Oversee the accuracy and consistency of property content, pricing, inventory, and promotions on all distribution platforms (e.g., OTA extranets, GDS, , metasearch, wholesalers).
•Monitor and resolve rate parity issues across channels to maintain brand integrity.
•Audit distribution channels regularly to ensure content health and competitive positioning.
•Collaborate with the Director of Revenue and hotel teams to optimize channel mix and improve conversion.
Revenue Analysis & Pricing Support
•Analyze pickup trends, occupancy forecasts, comp-set pricing, and market performance.
•Support dynamic pricing strategies, yielding decisions, and promotional opportunities.
•Perform segmentation analysis (transient, group, corporate, OTA, wholesale) and provide recommendations to maximize overall revenue and RevPAR.
•Assist in evaluating promotional effectiveness and ROI.
Reporting & Data Accuracy
•Develop and maintain dashboards and performance tools using Excel or BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
•Monitor data integrity across PMS, CRS, RMS, and channel management systems.
•Produce ad-hoc reports for the Director of Revenue, corporate leadership, and property teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Work closely with hotel GMs, Sales Directors, Front Office Managers, and Marketing teams to align pricing and distribution initiatives.
•Provide support to property teams regarding extranets, channel setups, and best practices.
•Assist in onboarding new properties to distribution and revenue systems.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
•2–5 years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, distribution, or channel management.
•Strong understanding of hotel systems (PMS, CRS, RMS, channel manager, GDS).
•Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools preferred.
•Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently while supporting multiple properties in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
•Familiarity with Opera Cloud, Oracle Analytics, Webhotelier/PrimalRes, Lighthouse, Optima Pms, Simplex Booking Engine
•Experience onboarding and auditing hotel distribution systems.
•Basic knowledge of SQL or advanced data modeling (a plus but not required).
•Understanding of hotel pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and segmentation.
