Group Talent Acquisition Lead

visionary Talent Acquisition Lead
to architect a unified, dynamic recruitment strategy that spans countries, cultures, and business functions. In this role, you'll not only drive excellence in hiring but also
build a compelling employer brand

develop top-tier early talent programs

ensure a seamless onboarding experience
that sets our new hires up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and roll out a common recruitment framework that aligns with business goals and flexes to local market needs. Own full-cycle recruitment for all Group roles.
  • Follow current market trends and best practices regarding talent attraction methods, onboarding, employer branding, internship programs, addressing group market needs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to HR teams and hiring managers, ensuring alignment and excellence in talent acquisition cycle.

  • Scan the market for evaluation methods/tools and define a framework for assessment based on Grade and Business Function.

  • Utilize digital channels to promote employer brand and lead campaigns to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Support management trainee and internship programs to nurture early talent.

  • Drive initiatives and set KPIs to enhance efficiency, quality of hire and candidate experience.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR / Economics / Business Administration, or any other equivalent
  • Master's Degree in HR / Economics / Business Administration or any equivalent will be considered a strong asset
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, preferably within FMCG sector
  • Excellent command of English language
  • SAP Success Factors knowledge will be considered an asset
