Experienced Professionals
to join our
Tax Compliance Assurance Team
.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and stay updated on changes in tax legislation.
• Own deliverables of projects and deliver quality outputs while helping review the work of less experienced members of the engagement team.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of engagements including work plans, timelines, project management and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with middle to senior level professionals, internally and externally.
• Being responsible for the day-to-day fieldwork and keeping project's Manager and Partner updated on the progress of the Audit.
• Acting as a role model for less experienced members of the team and providing on the job training.
• Continuously improving in quality and efficiency by innovating and using technology.
• Visiting clients on site or Attending client meetings and learning to facilitate internal/client discussions via seeking and sharing perspectives.
• Developing expertise and knowledge on a variety of clients and markets, and awareness of KPMG's services.
• Contributing to the development of proposals, deliverables, or other valuable audit best-practices and ensuring such knowledge is recorded appropriately to enable access and use by others within the Firm.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, or relative subjects.
• Master's in Finance, Statistics, Accounting or Business Administration, will be considered an asset.
• At least 2 years of prior client facing working experience in Tax Assurance, Audit or Accounting services.
• Professional qualification in progress. A completed professional qualification will be considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong communication and team working skills.
• Eagerness to learn through a positive attitude and to provide quality professional work.
• Analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
