Tax Manager
.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports and statements, performing bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate solid business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting and tax services to corporate clients.
  • Prepare tax documents and ensure accurate submissions.
  • Advise clients on accounting and tax compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and submit relevant returns to the Tax Authorities' Register.
  • Deliver accounting services to both individual and corporate clients.
  • Monitor pending legal cases related to tax matters.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Participate in and support projects, tax audits, and internal audits.
  • Identify and propose solutions for complex issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5-6 years of experience in a relevant position or tax-related area.
  • Excellent accounting skills and technical knowledge of financial reporting matters (knowledge of IFRS will be considered as a significant advantage).
  • Comprehensive understanding of tax and accounting legislation (attendance at relevant seminars will be considered a valuable asset).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals effectively.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems at the root-cause level.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
