Rewards, Budgeting & HR Analytics Manager


Role Overview

As the Rewards, Budget & HR Analytics Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation strategies, budgeting processes, and people analytics frameworks. You will play a pivotal role in aligning total rewards with business objectives, ensuring cost-effective workforce planning, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions.


Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead the HR budgeting process, including salary planning, benefits forecasting, and workforce cost modeling.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Monitor budget adherence and provide recommendations for cost optimization.


Total Rewards & Compensation

  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures, including base pay, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Oversee the annual variable compensation program, ensuring alignment with performance management cycles and compliance controls
  • Collaborate with Finance and BP&A to validate bonus eligibility, target achievement, and budget alignment
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls (e.g., FY23-VARCOM-C2 to C6) and audit requirements

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, compensation trends, and workforce KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights to HRBPs and leadership to support talent decisions and organizational effectiveness
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and analytics tools (e.g., SuccessFactors).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, Budget - Forecasting.
  • Strong command of Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), and data visualization tools.
  • Strong command of

  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to communicate complex data clearly.
  • Deep understanding of Greek labor law and international compensation practices.
