As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our partners by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they receive exceptional service in German. This position emphasizes the importance of building strong relationships and contributing to partner success while working amid Greece's beautiful landscapes.
Main Responsibilities- Provide outstanding support to partners in German via various channels, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Identify and troubleshoot partner issues quickly and professionally.
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships by understanding and addressing their needs.
- Document interactions and help us refine our support processes.
- Work with team members to enhance support strategies and partner satisfaction.
- Engage in training opportunities to further your expertise in our offerings and services.
- Fluency in German is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Passion for customer support and relationship building.
- Previous experience in customer support, consultancy, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation package provided.
