Σε αυτή τη θέση θα κληθείτε, μεταξύ άλλων, να εκπαιδεύσετε χρήστες των πελατών στην αξιοποίηση του πληροφοριακού συστήματος, να βρείτε δημιουργικές λύσεις για την αποκατάσταση προβλημάτων, καθώς και να συμμετάσχετε στον ποιοτικό έλεγχο και διάθεση των νέων εκδόσεων του λογισμικού.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

1. Απόφοιτοι ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Πληροφορικής, Λογιστικής ή Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή αντίστοιχο αναγνωρισμένο Ακαδημαϊκό Ίδρυμα του Εξωτερικού.

2. 2+ χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας στη Διαχείριση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και Μισθοδοσίας σε Δημόσιο ή Ιδιωτικό τομέα.

3. Ευφράδεια στην επικοινωνία στα Ελληνικά και σχετική άμεση στα Αγγλικά.

4. Ικανότητα μετάδοσης της γνώσης για την Εκπαίδευση των χρηστών στις εφαρμογές λογισμικού της Εταιρείας.

5. Εργατικότητα – Ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας – Πρωτοβουλία – Αφοσίωση.

Τυχόν σχετικά μεταπτυχιακά ή/και μακροχρόνια εμπειρία σε σχετικές θέσεις θα εκτιμηθούν ιδιαιτέρως

Αρμοδιότητες

1. Διάγνωση και αποκατάσταση προβλημάτων που εντοπίζονται στο πληροφοριακό σύστημα ή αναφέρονται από τους πελάτες.

2. Καθοδήγηση-Εκπαίδευση των πελατών σχετικά με τις λειτουργικότητες του πληροφοριακού συστήματος και τον τρόπο αξιοποίησής του.

3. Παροχή βοήθειας στον πελάτη για την εγκατάσταση και διαμόρφωση-παραμετροποίηση του πληροφοριακού συστήματος.

4. Αναβάθμιση του πληροφοριακού συστήματος του πελάτη με νέες εκδόσεις των υποσυστημάτων.

5. Προσδιορισμός και αξιολόγηση του εκάστοτε αιτήματος για τον καλύτερο τρόπο επίλυσής του.
