We're hiring

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Help clients with account access, transactions, and general banking queries
  • Maintain strict data privacy and security standards
  • Deliver high-quality service with a strong customer-oriented approach

What Youll Need:

  • German: C1 level (fluent native not necessary)
  • English: B2 to C1 level (confident communication skills)
  • Already living in Greece or open to relocating immediately
  • Possession of Greek Tax Number (AFM) and Social Security Number (AMKA/PAAYPA) is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and interest in the banking/finance sector
