Το Muse Clothing, ένα σύγχρονο eShop με γυναικεία ρούχα και αξεσουάρ, αναζητά πωλήτρια online shopping & social media για ένταξη στην ομάδα μας. Η θέση αφορά παρουσίαση και προώθηση των προϊόντων μας μέσω διαδικτύου, καθώς και ενεργή συμμετοχή στη διαχείριση των social media καναλιών του brand.
Καθήκοντα
- Επικοινωνία με πελάτισσες μέσω chat, τηλεφώνου ή social media (DMs / comments)
- Παρουσίαση προϊόντων (ρούχα & αξεσουάρ) σε φωτογραφίσεις, stories ή live videos
- Ανάρτηση περιεχομένου (stories, reels, posts) στο Instagram & Facebook
- Βοήθεια στην προετοιμασία και ενημέρωση του eShop με νέα προϊόντα
- Επεξεργασία και απαντήσεις σε online παραγγελίες
- Συνεργασία με το τμήμα marketing για καμπάνιες και προωθητικές ενέργειες
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Εμπειρία ή ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον για μόδα και γυναικεία ένδυση
- Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Εξοικείωση με social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Καλή γνώση υπολογιστή και βασικών εργαλείων eShop
- Θετική, ευγενική και δημιουργική προσωπικότητα
- Βασική γνώση αγγλικών
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα
- Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε eShop ή retail μόδας
- Εξοικείωση με φωτογραφίσεις ή δημιουργία περιεχομένου
- Καλλιτεχνική αισθητική και αγάπη για τα social media trends
