Program Overview:

Our Supply Chain Management Trainees will have the opportunity to learn about one of the most advanced supply chains in the market, that of Coca-Cola 3E, and then embark on an expertise path, such as Logistics, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation, and Maintenance & Automation. Each expertise path is a well-structured and intensive training program tailored to provide you with hands-on experience across different streams of the vast Coca-Cola 3E supply chain. This program is a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts, develop a profound understanding of our operations, and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our business on a global scale.

What You'll Gain:

• Immerse yourself in a structured curriculum through our best-in-class Supply Chain Academy curriculum covering all aspects of the Supply Chain operations. Gain insights into real-world challenges and best practices.

Are these your secret ingredients?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), or related fields, and no more than 5 years of previous work experience
• A passion for supply chain operations and a keen interest in the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluency in both English & Greek.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges.

Application Process:

Shortlisted candidates will proceed to an Assessment Center that includes interviews with stakeholders and assessment tools.

Successful applicants will be offered a Supply Chain Management Trainee position.
