Agile Delivery Lead
to play a key role in our Technology Department in Athens. If that's you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

As our
Agile Delivery Lead
, you will oversee strategic project and product delivery across all agile teams, ensuring an effective framework, structured processes and managed interdependencies, while providing regular reports to drive transparency and predictability. You will partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Directors to keep the delivery engine running smoothly and to supply all necessary data for progress and RAID reporting, R&D capitalisation and tax claim requirements. This role sits on the Technical Leadership Team, reporting to the CTO with a dotted line to the CPO.

It's also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you'll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. Here's what the team will be looking for:

Proven track record of delivering complex projects in an agile environment, and within a product organisation

Experience as a leading agile practitioner, with a good understanding of Scrum, Kanban and scaled agile frameworks

Whilst hands on coding experience is not essential, a strong technical understanding is required for the role

Deep understanding of the delivery toolsets as follows or an equivalent set, e.g. Jira, JPD, Confluence, GitHub, Cursor, Plandek

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Servant-leadership mindset with a focus on empowering teams

Comfortable operating at pace in an ambiguous environment
