Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Logistics Performance Area Lead to oversee rider supply and operational performance within designated areas. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional on-demand service by aligning staffing levels with expected order volumes, optimizing productivity, and maintaining a healthy operational P&L.

What you'll do:

• Be responsible for staffing efficiency in specific areas of responsibility.
• Determine recruiting needs and fleet composition based on forecasts and commercial business plans.
• Analyze reports related to Logistics Operations performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support ad hoc analyses and new projects, tracking KPIs to improve operational performance.
• Contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing staffing performance.
• Work closely with departments such as Fleet, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and smooth service growth.
• Use available product and financial tools to optimize workforce distribution throughout the week.
• Conduct research and business development to identify new strategic partners for collaboration in your area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role or field, including experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to predict staffing needs and order volumes using advanced forecasting models.
• Expertise in aligning workforce distribution with operational demands and seasonal trends.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for planning and reporting purposes.
• Sound understanding of financial statements and KPIs to maintain healthy operational P&L.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities independently.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and focus on high-impact actions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to refine strategies and address challenges.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Team player with strong collaboration and active listening skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
